It is absolutely no coincidence that New Zealand was also the first place to enfranchise women and where Jeannette Rankin visited in 1915 as research for her own congressional campaign - and that she was elected thanks to Ranked Choice Voting! Thank you for the wonderful article!

How was Rankin elected due to RCV?

I believe she was elected to the House of Rep. in a FPTP contest.

Do you mean in the primary?
